The company Famille Ricci is renowned for its unique expertise in aging, bottling, and blending exceptional spirits from diverse terroirs. Founded in 2019 by Morgan Ricci in Mougins, in the heart of the Alpes-Maritimes, this independent bottling house stands out for its ability to enhance carefully distilled spirits. Each spirit undergoes a second aging before being meticulously blended and bottled in the South of France, ensuring unparalleled quality and aromatic richness.

This third edition of the Divergence range embodies the excellence of this philosophy: a remarkably harmonious white blend combining Grogue Tarrafal Graciano (60%) and Port Mourant (40%). The distillation is carried out in a pot still, a traditional process guaranteeing finesse and complexity of aromas. Then, the rum ages patiently in stainless steel tanks and amphorae, giving the product a unique texture and a balanced taste profile between power and subtlety.
