TEQUILA - Calle 23 - Criollo - 49.3%
The Tequila Calle 23 is carefully produced in the renowned region of Jalisco, in the heart of Mexico, the birthplace of the most authentic Mexican spirits. It is crafted by one of the few female tequila makers, Sophie Decobecq, a young passionate French engineer who brings innovation and respect for ancestral traditions at every stage of production.
The production of Calle 23 begins with a rigorous selection of the best blue agave plants, from the emblematic region of Los Altos de Jalisco (the highlands), located between the towns of Tepatitlán and Arandas. This area benefits from an ideal climate with hot, dry, sunny periods alternating with intense rainy seasons, as well as fertile soil rich in precious minerals, ensuring the cultivation of agaves of exceptional quality. These agaves take between 7 and 9 years to reach full maturity, essential for an intense taste and complexity.
This exceptional Tequila is made from the agave variety called "Criollo", known for its unique aromas and complex flavor profile, which will delight lovers of fine and authentic spirits.
