La Cofradia carefully manages a vast estate of 671 hectares cultivated with Blue Weber agave, thus guaranteeing the quality and controlled origin of its raw materials.

This prestigious range is part of a special reserve crafted by the master distiller himself, where each bottle is meticulously signed by the founder and visionary of the distillery, Mr. Carlos Hernández Hernández, reflecting the passion and artisanal know-how passed down through generations.

The La Cofradia Blanco tequila is made according to rigorous traditional methods: the agave is slowly steamed for over 40 hours to release all its natural aromas before being crushed by a struder to extract the juice, while the yeast used for fermentation comes directly from the agave, giving this tequila an unmatched authenticity and aromatic finesse.
