Clase Azul - Añejo Tequila - Blue Agave Tequilana Weber - Exceptional Premium Tequila - 40%
Clase Azul is one of the most sought-after luxury Tequila brands in the world, renowned for its artistically designed and unique bottles. Each iconic bottle is an exclusive work handcrafted by passionate Mexican artisans. Since 2007, Clase Azul has supported the Causa Azul foundation: a ceramic workshop dedicated to the artisanal production of these exceptional decanters, paying tribute to the richness of Mexican culture while creating hundreds of sustainable jobs within the local community.
Clase Azul is meticulously crafted in Jalisco, in the heart of Mexico, in the prestigious region of Los Altos de Jalisco. This characteristic red soil, combined with high altitude, rich minerals, and an ideal climate, gives the agave unique and incomparable properties. The transformation process is highly precise: after removing the agave leaves, the heart called piña is slowly cooked in traditional stone ovens and then crushed to extract the precious natural sugars. Fermentation is carried out using a specific patented yeast, ensuring Clase Azul Tequila its distinctive aromatic and complex profile. Unlike Mezcal, which can be produced from several agave species, this Tequila is exclusively made from blue agave, a symbol of quality and authenticity. Each sip thus reflects the exceptional terroir that nurtured these millennial plants.
Clase Azul Añejo Tequila is made from rigorously selected Blue Agave Tequilana Weber and aged for 25 months in American oak barrels, giving it a richness of flavors, remarkable length on the palate, and unparalleled aromatic complexity.
