A1710 is part of a deeply modernist approach that brilliantly combines the best of artisanal tradition and technological innovation to offer an authentic rum, of exceptional purity, both bold and refined.<\/p>

Originally created in 1710, this rum owes its unique identity to the avant-garde vision of Jean Assier. Today, it is his direct descendant, Yves Assier de Pompignan, who breathes a new philosophy into the distillery and the Habitation du Simon, recently integrated into our brand Clos des Spiritueux<\/strong>. This prestigious distillery is equipped with an exceptional Charentais copper still, complemented by 7 plates and affectionately nicknamed "Belle Aline." Nestled in a lush natural setting, in the heart of vast blue cane fields, a passionate team meticulously oversees every step of production, from the field to bottling. Every operation is carried out entirely by hand, with extreme attention to detail, embodying a highly skilled artisanal work. Here, traditional know-how reigns.<\/p>

This exclusive edition of the Rare Pearl of the 2019 vintage<\/strong> offers a 100% blue cane white rum, cultivated organically, thus guaranteeing superior organoleptic quality and total respect for the environment. Limited to only 1600 bottles, this exceptional cuvée is an invitation to discover without delay a white rum of incomparable richness and finesse.<\/p>
