The FAIR cocoa liqueur is carefully crafted from crushed cocoa beans grown in Peru, within a cooperative of 1,800 Peruvian farmers. These noble beans are infused in a premium vodka, allowing the full extraction of their intense aromas as well as their delicate slight bitterness. This infusion is then subjected to a slow and gradual reduction, enriched by the addition of liquid sugar from fair trade, ensuring quality and respect for ethical values. Finally, the liqueur is rigorously bottled in the Cognac region, the birthplace of exceptional spirits.
