Cognac Jean Luc Pasquet - Confluences - Symphonie des Terroirs No.2 - Cognac - L.40Y - 48.8%
\nThe prestigious Cognac House Pasquet is ideally located in the heart of the Charente terroir, at Chez Ferchaud-Eraville, in Bellevigne in Charente, a region renowned for the excellence of its eaux-de-vie. Founded in 1970 when Jean-Luc Pasquet inherited it from his uncle Albert, it relies on a family tradition and authentic know-how to cultivate 14 hectares of exceptional vineyards in Grande and Petite Champagne, now certified in strictly controlled organic farming since 1995. The artisanal 20-hectoliter still guarantees a slow and precise double distillation, revealing fine, complex, and aromatic eaux-de-vie, then aged for a minimum of 4 years in oak barrels, two years longer than the legal requirement, to obtain the superior quality recognized under the denomination "Cognac." The House is now passionately led by Jean Pasquet and his wife Amy, whose American roots enrich this family adventure.
\nSymphonie des Terroirs No.2 is an integral part of the exclusive Confluences collection. This limited edition of only 255 bottles is a rarity prized by connoisseurs and enlightened enthusiasts seeking an unforgettable tasting experience.
