The Koch mezcal is an exceptional artisanal spirit, produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, the ancestral cradle of this unique eau-de-vie. Founded by Carlos Moreno, the company works with a committed cooperative bringing together several passionate mezcalero families, established in various authentic communities of the State of Oaxaca. This eco-responsible cooperative has carefully replanted more than 30,000 different species of agave, thus promoting local biodiversity. The production favors traditional artisanal methods passed down from generation to generation, ensuring a mezcal respectful of the environment and from a fair supply chain, fully valuing the know-how of local producers.

This joven mezcal, unaged, is made exclusively from the espadín agave variety, known for its fruity aromas and gustatory complexity. The Koch Espadín mezcal stands out for its purity, balance, and delicate smoky notes, perfect for lovers of authentic and refined spirits.
