The Koch mezcal is proudly crafted in Oaxaca, at the heart of Mexico, the historical birthplace of authentic mezcal. Founded by Carlos Moreno, the company is based on a committed cooperative that brings together several passionate mezcalero families, spread across different traditional communities in the State of Oaxaca. This cooperative stands out for its environmental commitment, having replanted more than 30,000 agave specimens of various varieties, thus ensuring the sustainability of natural resources. It also values ancestral artisanal production methods, while promoting an ethical and fair approach towards local producers, ensuring responsible and sustainable trade.
