The prestigious Mezcal brand El Jolgorio is proudly crafted by Casa Cortés, located in Oaxaca, the cultural and historical heart of Mexico. The Cortés family, with an ancestral tradition dating back to 1840, is a cornerstone in the art of Mezcal production. This dynasty, now represented by the fifth generation, is personally involved at every key stage: from meticulous planting to artisanal distillation. This exceptional mezcal is made from the Tepeztate agave, a rare and precious variety called Agave Marmorata, known for its slow growth and impressive robustness. Its cultivation is a true challenge: the plant can take up to 25 years to reach full maturity and weigh up to 200 kilograms, which attests to its unique and precious character. The harvest, carried out in 2018, allowed the exclusive production of 700 bottles for this 24^{th<\/sup> limited edition, making this Mezcal a rare and sought-after product by discerning enthusiasts.}
