The Kanosuke Distillery is located in Hioki, Kagoshima Prefecture in Japan, the birthplace of a unique whisky tradition. Founded in 2017 by the parent company Komasa Jyozo, a renowned shochu producer since 1883, this distillery combines ancestral know-how with innovation. It has three distinct stills, with varied shapes and necks inclined at different angles, allowing the creation of whiskies with rich and diverse aromatic profiles, suited to the most demanding enthusiasts.

This Single Malt 2022, in a limited edition, was produced exclusively at the Kanosuke Distillery between 2017 and 2019. It is made from non-peated malted barley, giving the whisky exceptional finesse and purity. Aged in a carefully selected range of casks, including notably Spanish Sherry casks, it benefits from an optimal maturation of 3 years, ensuring a perfect balance between aromatic richness and intensity on the palate.
