Kanosuke - Single Malt - Cask Strength - Edition 2022 - 59%

Kanosuke Distillery is located in Hioki, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan . It was created in 2017 by the parent company Komasa Jyozo, producer of shochu since 1883. The distillery is equipped with three stills with different shapes and necks inclined at different degrees allowing the production of whiskeys with various profiles.

This Single Malt 2022 was produced in a limited edition at the Kanosuke Distillery between 2017 and 2019. It is made from unpeated malted barley, and aged in several types of casks (including Sherry casks) and bottled after 3 years of ripening.
