TW Spiritueux is an exceptional distillery located in Laguiole, in the heart of Aubrac, an emblematic region of Aveyron. Founded in 2014 by 12 enthusiasts eager to create an exceptional whisky, the company has successfully combined traditional know-how with innovation. They chose to establish their brewery and still in the old presbytery of the village, known as the Presbytère des Anges, then transformed an old convent in Laguiole into an ideal aging cellar for their spirits. Driven by their love for rum, they launched a unique range highlighting the talent of their cellar master, Florent Caston, renowned for his remarkable blends.
This exceptional rum is a harmonious blend of carefully selected rums from Jamaica and Nicaragua. It combines the deep and spicy characters of Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua (55%), the aromatic finesse of Monymusk (20%), and the rich, distinguished profile of Worthy Park (25%). Bottled after slow reduction, this rum has a residual sugar content of 7 g/L, with no added coloring or filtration, ensuring authentic and natural quality. A limited and exclusive edition of 3,200 bottles was produced, making this rum a must-have for discerning enthusiasts and collectors.
