Adriatico was meticulously crafted by Jean-Robert Bellanger in the heart of the Apulia region, Italy, an area renowned for its artisanal traditions and authentic flavors. Inspired by a family tradition, where his mother added two drops of Amaretto to her favorite dessert, Tiramisu, this spirit embodies a new generation of exceptional Amaretto, made exclusively with high-quality natural ingredients sourced from Italian terroirs. The selected almonds are the famous Apulian almonds, known for their delicate and powerful taste, combined with the prestigious Filippo Cea almonds. These almonds are carefully hand-sorted and then slowly roasted for several hours to release all their flavors before undergoing a unique maceration and distillation process. The recipe is then subtly enriched with harmonious notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, and a hint of coffee, creating a perfect balance. The cane sugar used is less dosed than in traditional Amaretti, for a refined gustatory sophistication. To crown this creation, Jean-Robert adds an original touch with a pinch of salt from Margherita di Savoia, evoking the gentle salty breeze of the Adriatic Sea and enhancing the whole.

This sublime Amaretto was aged for 12 months in rum casks that previously held the legendary Caroni, imparting complex aromas and incomparable richness. This very exclusive edition is limited to only 1,500 numbered bottles, making Adriatico a rarity not to be missed by any passionate connoisseur.
