Gaston Legrand - Vintage 1992 - Bas Armagnac - 40%
The Maison Lhéraud is ideally located at the Lasdoux estate, in the charming commune of Angeac, in the heart of the prestigious Cognac appellation in Charentes. Founded in 1860, this family house saw Alexandre Lhéraud as a pioneer by planting the first vines in his garden, thus initiating a tradition of viticultural excellence. Today, the estate covers 85 hectares of carefully maintained vineyards, spread over two of the six noble crus of Cognac, with a notable predominance of Petite Champagne, famous for the finesse of its eaux-de-vie.
The Lhéraud family owns five emblematic cellars made of blonde Charente stone, where Limousin oak barrels patiently age. These unique conditions offer natural and optimal aging, guaranteeing the quality and aromatic richness of the eaux-de-vie. From Lannepax, in the Gers, Maison Lhéraud expands its expertise by producing a range of exceptional Armagnacs under the recognized brand Baron Gaston Legrand. These Armagnacs are made from a rigorous single distillation of dry white wines from the authentic terroir of Ténarèze, carried out in a traditional column still, a symbol of purity and character.
To discover and acquire these liquid treasures, Clos des Spiritueux offers you an exclusive selection of Armagnacs and Cognacs from Maison Lhéraud, perfect for enthusiasts and connoisseurs seeking rare and exceptional products. Dive into the heart of the Charente terroir with Clos des Spiritueux, your essential reference for exceptional and vintage spirits.
