The exceptional vineyard spans 42 hectares meticulously maintained, divided into 11 distinct plots, located in the charming commune of Lannepax, the historic cradle of Bas Armagnac.
This unique terroir is carefully planted with the four traditional and emblematic grape varieties of Armagnac: Ugni Blanc (56%), Colombard (24%), Baco (14%), and Folle Blanche (6%), which bring complexity and finesse to the eaux-de-vie.
Throughout the year, Rinaldo, our passionate and expert head of cultivation, rigorously tends the vines in all stages of their development, ensuring optimal quality of sun-ripened grapes.
Jacques and Sylvain Delord, true master blenders and noses of the Clos des Spiritueux house, taste with precision, select the best cuvées, and blend the eaux-de-vie with artisanal mastery. Heirs of a family tradition initiated by Prosper, Gaston, and Georges, they passionately and skillfully perpetuate the authenticity and incomparable typicity of Delord Armagnacs.
