The spirit of Ti Ced was born in 2011 at the initiative of Cédric Brément, driven by the desire to transmit and share his authentic passion for artisanal, high-quality arranged rums. This deeply rooted passion draws its origins from his childhood, inspired by his grandfather, master of the homemade Ti Punch, creator of convivial and warm moments. It is truly a quest to share unique and intense emotions that shapes the very essence of our approach at Clos des Spiritueux.
Each ingredient used is rigorously selected to be 100% natural, following a philosophy of supporting and fairly energizing the local economy. Our rums are carefully chosen from the heart of the Antilles, while the fruits are harvested at perfect ripeness from local producers personally met and monitored by Cédric. The cane sugar syrup, made according to a specific process, is designed to enhance Les Rhums de Ced with finesse and authenticity. Equipped with a modern BIO-certified aging cellar, Cédric matures his rums there, refining them from a few months to several years, sometimes practicing unique blends in barrels of former French wines and former European spirits. This artisanal expertise earned him the prestigious title of Master Artisan, a well-deserved tribute to his know-how and passion.
This Strawberry Guava Ti Ced' arranged rum is the result of a careful maceration carried out in the summer of 2018, combining the luscious strawberries of Pornic (Loire) with the exotic and intense flavors of guavas from Réunion Island. These fruits blend perfectly in a subtle assembly of AOC agricultural rums from Martinique and Guadeloupe, selected for their exceptional quality. The tasting reveals a sensual, fresh, and elegant balance that appeals to both amateurs and connoisseurs alike.
