Formerly known as the Graal cuvée , this iconic recipe joined the Les Escales collection in 2025, now dedicated to creations incorporating brut de colonne. Le Citron Passion , bottled at 45.4%, perfectly illustrates this revival: a bold maceration that combines the liveliness of fresh lemons and the exotic intensity of passion fruit with the aromatic richness of a characterful rum. The result: a vibrant cuvée that combines freshness, power and elegance.
Its brilliant, crystalline color announces an energetic profile. The nose reveals an immediate intensity, dominated by tangy lemon zest and generous passion fruit pulp, enhanced by a subtle floral touch. On the palate, the attack is frank and dynamic: the lemon expresses all its vivacity, the passion fruit brings its tropical delicacy, and the brut de colonne powerfully structures the whole.
