The Cazottes Distillery is located in Villeneuve-sur-Vère in the Tarn region . Laurent Cazottes , heir to the know-how of a traveling distiller, cultivates his fruits and flowers organically , using biodynamic practices. He has owned around 600 Williams pear trees, 200 Reine Claude Dorée plum trees, and vines since 2010. He produces eaux-de-vie, liqueurs, as well as aperitifs and wine.

With Simple, Cazottes has created a rare and precious herbal liqueur inspired by monastic traditions. Made from a secret blend of aromatic and medicinal herbs, this cuvée reveals a subtle balance between vegetal freshness and spicy depth. Each sip reveals a unique complexity, both sweet and intense, reminiscent of the great recipes of yesteryear. Rare on the market (fewer than 100 bottles produced), this artisanal liqueur embodies the authenticity and expertise of Cazottes.
