The Distillerie Cazottes, nestled in Villeneuve-sur-Vère in the prestigious Tarn, is renowned for its exceptional commitment to quality and authenticity. Laurent Cazottes, heir to an ancestral know-how of itinerant distilling, passionately cultivates his fruit trees and flowers according to the strict principles of organic farming and respectful biodynamic practices. He manages a remarkable orchard composed of about 600 Williams pear trees, 200 Golden Reine Claude plum trees, as well as vines planted since 2010. This exceptional terroir allows him to produce eaux-de-vie, artisanal liqueurs, refined aperitifs, and high-quality wine.
