Clase Azul - Tequila Plata - Tequilana Weber Blue Agave - Premium Tequila - 40%
Clase Azul is one of the most prestigious and internationally recognized Tequila brands, notably thanks to its artisanally and uniquely designed bottles that combine elegance and authenticity. Each bottle is a true work of art, handcrafted by experienced Mexican artisans. Founded in 2007, the Clase Azul house created the Causa Azul foundation: a ceramic workshop dedicated to the production of these iconic decanters, paying tribute to Mexico's cultural richness and generating numerous jobs for local communities.
Clase Azul is produced in the renowned region of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves used for this tequila grow in the prestigious area of Los Altos de Jalisco, known for its unique terroir characterized by mineral-rich red soil, high altitude, and an ideal climate that give the agave exceptional organoleptic properties. The agave processing is meticulous and traditional: the long leaves are carefully removed to reveal the heart, called piña. These piñas are slowly cooked in ancestral stone ovens before being crushed to extract the essential sugars from the cooking. Fermentation is done with an exclusive patented yeast, which gives Clase Azul Tequila its fine and balanced aromatic profile. While Tequila is a spirit distilled exclusively from blue agave, Mezcal can be made from various agave species, each reflecting the distinct terroir and environmental conditions that nurtured the plant.
Clase Azul Plata is made from 100% selected Tequilana Weber Blue Agave, ensuring premium quality and an incomparable tasting experience.
