Bottega - Vermouth Rouge - 16%
Bottega SpA is located in the province of Treviso, in Italy, a cradle of exceptional expertise in spirits and fine wines. Founded in 1977 by Aldo Bottega and his wife Rosina, Distilleria Bottega quickly established itself as a major player thanks to technological innovation in distillation and a forward-thinking approach aimed at reducing the alcohol content of grappa, thus giving it remarkable smoothness and finesse. After the founder's death, management was taken over by his son Sandro, supported by his sister Barbara and brother Stefano. The headquarters is now located in Bibano di Godega, a strategic location between the Venetian lagoon, a recognized capital of art and culture, and the majestic Dolomites, regions famous for the exceptional terroir of Prosecco DOC and grappa. At the same time, Bottega also operates prestigious cellars in Valgatara (Verona) and Montalcino (Siena), where emblematic red wines of the Valpolicella and Tuscan appellations are produced. Production follows a strong dynamic of environmental sustainability, integrating responsible practices such as water conservation, CO2 emission reduction, and minimal use of chemicals, while promoting advanced waste recycling to preserve the ecosystem for future generations.
The Bottega Rosso Vermouth is made from wine derived from the Merlot grape variety, carefully selected for its balance, then flavored with a unique blend of more than 30 natural herbs, flowers, and spices: angelica, bitter and sweet orange peels, wormwood, basil leaves, coriander seeds, marjoram, oregano, clary sage, radicchio… This complex composition gives the vermouth an incomparable aromatic intensity, subtle and refined, making this product an essential reference for lovers of vermouths of exceptional quality.
