Kina Karo is an exceptional brand located in Lagrasse, in the heart of Languedoc, a region renowned for its quality wines and spirits. Founded in 1928 by André Carreau, the House has preserved its artisanal and authentic know-how. In 2020, Aurélien Carrelas took over management and brought new energy to this traditional house. Kina Karo offers an exceptional natural aperitif, crafted with passion from carefully selected plants and terroir wine. The entire range is produced with a respectful approach, without added preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors, thus guaranteeing a pure product valued for its authenticity.
This unique white vermouth is a subtle blend of 20 rigorously chosen aromatic plants, such as sage, chamomile, thyme, wormwood, and bupleurum, which are cold macerated in a high-quality neutral alcohol. Then, these plants slowly infuse into a dry white Occitan wine made from the emblematic Marsanne and Grenache Blanc grape varieties, revealing a perfect balance of freshness, complexity, and elegance. This white vermouth is ideal for refined cocktail lovers and can notably be used to enhance the preparation of the famous Moscow Mule cocktail, bringing an aromatic and sophisticated touch.
