Zero Nine Spirits (Zn09) is an independent spirits bottling company, founded in 2022 by two enthusiasts, Grégory and Alain. Originally from Ariège, these whisky and spirits experts have accumulated many years of experience in the field before launching their own brand to enhance their innovative ideas of blending, aging, and refining rare spirits.

This exclusive edition is a single malt whisky from the prestigious Armorik Distillery, located in Lannion, in the heart of Brittany. Distilled in 2015, this whisky benefited from a long maturation in a STR* cask ("Shaved, Toasted and Recharred") that previously held an exceptional wine from the Spanish bodega Diaz Bayo. A limited production of only 202 numbered bottles guarantees its rare and sought-after character.

(* "Shaved, Toasted and Recharred" is a cask renovation technique that brings aromatic complexity and depth to the whisky.)
