GLENFARCLAS - Christmas Edition - 24 years old - Vintage 1991 - Bottled in 2015 - 46% ABV

The Glenfarclas distillery is located in Ballindalloch, in the heart of the prestigious Speyside region in Scotland. Founded before 1791, it officially obtained its license in 1836 under the direction of Robert Hay. On June 8, 1865, Glenfarclas was acquired by John Grant, and today remains an iconic family business, still owned and managed by his descendants. Renowned for its traditional craftsmanship, the distillery launched in 2007 the exclusive collection The Family Casks, featuring 43 exceptional Single Cask bottlings, covering a period from 1952 to 1994. This prestigious series gradually extended up to 2001, although stocks of the 1952 and 1953 casks are now depleted.

This special Christmas edition was carefully distilled in December 1991 and elegantly matured in Oloroso Sherry casks, imparting rich and complex aromas typical of the finest Scottish whiskies. Bottled in October 2015, this exceptional whisky is limited to only 1,200 bottles, making each bottle a true rarity for enthusiasts and collectors.
