Bristol Spirits Ltd is a renowned distillery located in Bristol, in the heart of the United Kingdom. Under the expert leadership of Managing Director John Barrett, the company stands out for a passionate quest for rare and exceptional rums, produced with meticulous care and benefiting from extended maturation to reveal unique aromas.

This remarkable Enmore rum, aged for 30 years and distilled in a pot still in 1988, has undergone careful aging in the United Kingdom. It first rested in a reused Bourbon cask before being refined for an additional 10 years in used Sherry casks, bringing complexity and finesse to this exceptional vintage.
