BIELLE - Ginger Liqueur - 40%
\nThe Bielle distillery, emblematic of Marie-Galante Island in the French Antilles, is an essential reference in the world of exceptional spirits. Founded in 1769 by Jean-Pierre Bielle, originally a coffee grower, the estate was transformed in 1826 by his sons who created a refinery-sugar factory on 53 hectares. The production of artisanal rum at Domaine Bielle thus began at the beginning of the 20th<\/sup> century, perpetuating an ancestral know-how and an extraordinary family tradition. After a period of abandonment following World War II, the distillery was bought in 1955 by Paul Rameaux, then, in 1975, taken over and revitalized by the SEDB (Société d’Exploitation de la Distillerie Bielle). Today, Bielle is among the most renowned distilleries in the Antilles, famous for the quality and authenticity of its products. The sugarcane used comes exclusively from small local producers, ensuring sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture. The cane juice is extracted using two traditional mills before being fermented for 48 hours to develop its complex aromas. Distillation is carefully carried out with three Savalle stainless steel columns, ensuring exceptional purity and finesse in the liqueurs and rums produced.
