Laurent Cazottes, heir to an ancestral craft of itinerant distilling, continues this tradition by cultivating his fruits and flowers according to the strict principles of organic farming and biodynamics. With nearly 600 Williams pear trees, 200 Reine Claude Dorée plum trees, as well as vines planted since 2010, he passionately masters the production of artisanal eaux-de-vie, authentic liqueurs, refined aperitifs, and quality wines.
The Natural Juniper Infusion is an exceptional juniper spirit drink, made from an artisanal wine-based eau-de-vie. This unique specialty is macerated with ingredients from organic farming and wild harvesting, combining juniper berries, citrus fruits, aromatic plants, delicate flowers, and carefully selected spices. Traditional distillation takes place in an old still, ensuring the preservation of natural aromas. The resulting eau-de-vie is then aged in a glass demijohn for optimal refinement that enhances every flavor and offers an unforgettable tasting experience.
