Seis14 is an innovative Mexican distillery specializing in the production and marketing of authentic and refined spirits. Among its flagship products, Sotol stands out for its richness and deep connection to the Mexican terroir. Seis14 is committed to promoting and enhancing the tradition of Sotol both in Mexico and internationally, integrating artisanal and modern techniques to elevate this protected designation of origin. This unique spirit is made from the Dasylirion wheeleri plant (commonly called Desert Spoon or Sotol), which belongs to the Asparagaceae family. The Sotol production process involves carefully harvesting the plant, slowly roasting the heart called piñas, then fermenting before proceeding to meticulous distillation. This ancestral know-how gives Sotol a unique and complex flavor, characteristic of high-quality Mexican spirits.

Gintol is the result of the creativity and expertise of master distiller and Mezcallier Carlos Aragón. This innovative creation merges two distinct spirit worlds: the European tradition of gin and the Mexican richness of Sotol. The alcoholic base derived from Sotol is infused using the classic gin method, with a maceration of juniper berries, cardamom, fennel, apricot, an original blend of peppers, as well as a subtle mix of citrus peels. This exceptional marriage offers an aromatic profile rich in freshly zested citrus notes, delicate herbs, and a light smoky touch. Gintol thus embodies a rare tasting experience, ideal for enthusiasts seeking an artisanal and authentic Mexican gin.
