Jean Cavé - Armagnac 20 years - 40%
The Jean Cavé Armagnacs are meticulously crafted in Lannepax, in the heart of the Gers, a region renowned for the exceptional quality of its eaux-de-vie. The prestigious history of the Jean Cavé house began in 1883, when Mr. Jean Cavé, a passionate winemaker in Lannepax, established himself as a "bouilleur éleveur" (distiller and aging specialist), accompanied by his wife and two sons. Located within the controlled designation of Armagnac, this family house has seen four generations of experts who have perfected the traditional techniques of distillation, aging, and maturation of Armagnac eaux-de-vie. With unique expertise and over 130 years of experience, the Jean Cavé house now holds a precious stock of exceptional old Armagnacs, offering its clientele an exclusive range of authentic products, rich in aromas and character.
