Togouchi - 15 years old - 43.8% ABV

Togouchi is a prestigious Japanese whisky brand, produced by the renowned Sakurao Distillery in Japan. This distillery is a cornerstone of the Chugoku Jozo company, where Taihei Yamamoto began his career in 1998, initially specializing in the production of liqueurs, sake, and shochu. Since the establishment of the Sakurao Distillery in 2017, he has continued his expertise in crafting refined and authentic malt whiskies. A unique aspect of this production lies in the whisky aging process, carried out in an exceptional site: a 361-meter-long underground tunnel, dug in 1970. This tunnel offers ideal maturation conditions, with controlled humidity and a constant temperature of 14 degrees Celsius, ensuring a slow and controlled extraction of the whisky's subtle and complex aromas.

The 15-year-old whisky is a skillfully balanced blend of malt and grain whiskies, patiently aged for 15 years in selected oak barrels, guaranteeing an unparalleled aromatic richness and finesse on the palate.
