Elixir Distillers is a renowned company founded in 1999 under the name Speciality Drinks by the passionate brothers Sukhinder and Raj Singh, who also founded the famous online sales site Whisky Exchange the same year. In 2017, the company was renamed Elixir Distillers to better reflect its expertise in the world of exceptional spirits. The flagship collection 'The Single Malts of Scotland' represents a rigorous selection of Scottish Single Malt whiskies, carefully chosen from rare casks originating from the six main whisky-producing regions of Scotland. Only casks offering exceptional quality and character are bottled under this prestigious label.

This iconic Caol Ila Single Malt was distilled on October 16, 2009 and benefited from optimal aging of over 11 years in a single Hogshead cask (#319090), ensuring remarkable aromatic complexity. Carefully bottled on March 18, 2021, this exclusive edition comprises only 308 bottles, a rare privilege for collectors and discerning enthusiasts.

Powerfully peated whisky, revealing its characteristic smoky aromas.
