Ced Ti Ced's Rums - The Classics - Mango Passion 32%
Founded near Nantes by Cédric Brément, Les Rhums de Ced has established itself as the leading brand in artisanal rums, now available at Clos des Spiritueux. The rigorous selection of agricultural rums, the exclusive use of hand-cut fresh fruit, precise infusions, and a consistent style are the hallmarks of this artisanal brand. Starting at the end of 2025, the Les Classiques range will feature new, more readable, modern, and eco-friendly packaging, designed to highlight each recipe and maximize shelf visibility at Clos des Spiritueux.
Mangue Passion is part of the historic collection. Blended with a base of Martinique agricultural rum, this creation combines mangoes picked at peak ripeness and passion fruit carefully selected for their delicious acidity. The hand-cutting of the fruit, controlled maceration in stainless steel vats, and a low-sugar blend preserve the product's fruity and natural balance. The 32% alcohol content ensures roundness, freshness, and aromatic intensity. Available in a 70 cl format, Mangue Passion now sports the new 2025 visual identity—a modernized label and optimized cap—for a premium experience at Clos des Spiritueux.
On the nose, the power of fleshy mango and fresh passion fruit prevails, enhanced by subtle notes of orange peel and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the attack is soft and elegant, followed by a tangy tension revitalizing the exotic fruit flavors. The texture, smooth but not excessive, reveals a beautiful harmony, while the melted alcohol prolongs the tasting. Finally, a clean and exotic finish of candied mango, nuanced with bursts of pineapple and citrus, leaves a beautiful summer freshness.
To fully enjoy Mango Passion Fruit Rum, enjoy it chilled, over ice or topped with a dash of sparkling water. It's also delicious as a Ti Spritz with a dry tonic and a zest of lime, or as a base for a mango passion fruit highball. Also try it as a topping on coconut sorbet for a delicious and exotic touch. Ideally, serve it between 6 and 8°C. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within three to four months to preserve the intensity of the fresh fruit aromas.
