POH! Spirits Adventure is an independent French bottler , born in 2024 from the friendship between Julien, Étienne and Jérémie. The name "Poh!" evokes the sound of the cork popping, a symbol of conviviality and shared pleasure, whether it's a special moment or a simple evening with friends. This 1988 vintage comes from Maison Hontambère , in AOC Armagnac Ténarèze . Distilled exclusively from Ugni Blanc , it was bottled at cask strength in June 2025, at 44.3% , without reduction or filtration. A rare micro-cuvée, limited to 82 bottles .
