This authentic adventure has its roots in Cédric's childhood, where his grandfather knew how to create warm and convivial moments around homemade Ti Punches, true symbols of sharing and tradition. We rigorously select 100% natural ingredients, sourced from environmentally respectful agriculture that fairly supports the local economy. Our rums come exclusively from the Antilles, with particular attention paid to quality and traceability. The fruits, especially the Victoria Pineapple, are harvested ripe from local producers carefully chosen by Cédric himself, guaranteeing freshness and incomparable flavors. The cane sugar syrup, specially crafted to enhance Les Rhums de Ced’, brings a balanced sweetness that reveals all the finesse of the arranged rum. Thanks to its aging cellar equipped with advanced technology, Cédric refines his rums from a few months to several years. Some blends even pass through barrels of former French wines and European spirits, conferring exceptional complexity and aromatic richness. Our workshop is certified organic, a guarantee of ecological excellence, and this requirement earned it the prestigious title of "Master Artisan," a legitimate recognition of passionate and mastered know-how.
