The spirit Ti Ced was born in 2011 thanks to the passion and initiative of Cédric Brément, a true craftsman dedicated to the art of high-quality arranged rums. Inspired by family traditions, especially those of his grandfather who created warm moments around his homemade Ti’ Punches, Cédric wanted to perpetuate and enhance this heritage with optimal quality and authentic know-how.
The selected ingredients are 100% natural, coming from a responsible and committed approach aimed at actively supporting the local economy and sustainable development. The rums come from a rigorous selection in the French Antilles, while the fruits are picked at perfect ripeness from carefully chosen producers personally known by Cédric. The cane sugar syrup, specially made for the world of Rhums de Ced, brings a unique and balanced sweetness to each creation.
Cédric has an exclusive cellar where he ages his rums under optimal conditions, refining his blends from a few months to several years. He sometimes enhances his creations by blending in barrels from former French wines and European spirits, thus strengthening the aromatic richness and complexity of his products. The workshop holds an organic certification, a guarantee of quality and authenticity, and the reputation of the arranged rums earned him the prestigious title of "Master Craftsman".
This Ti Ced’ arranged rum is the exceptional result of an elegant blend of exceptional agricultural rums from the French Antilles, enriched with a chestnut honey harvested from a passionate beekeeper in the Pays de la Loire. It is subtly infused with a precise selection of traditional spices that characterize the authentic gingerbread recipe: star anise, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, ginger, all harmoniously balanced thanks to the homemade cane sugar syrup.
