The Céréalis series brings together four remarkable whiskies, each crafted using a traditional Armagnac column still. This range celebrates the fundamental cereals used in whisky production: wheat, barley, corn, and rye, offering a varied and richly nuanced aromatic palette.

Hordeum is a whisky made from rigorously selected malted barley of the Scarlett variety. Distilled in 2019 with artisanal expertise, it was carefully aged in new French oak barrels, giving the whisky a unique aromatic intensity and a beautiful gustatory complexity.
