French Version is a prestigious trading range offered by Clos des Spiritueux, specializing in the excellence of French spirits. This collection aims to promote short supply chains and encourage local and responsible consumption, while offering high-quality products from the French terroir.

The Cerealis series includes four exceptional whiskies, all distilled in a traditional Armagnac column still. It highlights the emblematic cereals used in whisky production: wheat, barley, corn, and rye, thus contributing to a unique and characteristic aromatic richness.

Zea Mays is a refined whisky made from corn (51%) and barley (49%). Distilled in 2014, this vintage has patiently aged in new American oak barrels, imparting balanced woody notes and remarkable taste complexity to the spirit.
