Mizu Shochu - Lemongrass - 35%
The Shochu Mizu is an exceptional creation from the Munemasa Shuzo house, located in Japan. Founded in 1985, this distillery draws its inspiration from the unique artisanal heritage of the city of Arita, famous as the historical birthplace of Japanese porcelain art. More than 120 years ago, the Munemasa family opened a small brewery and sake shop in Hiroshima, but World War II forced the closure of this establishment. Driven by the desire to reconnect with its roots, the family settled in Arita, a privileged site for shochu production thanks to its crystalline waters and fertile agricultural lands. The Shochu Mizu is crafted according to the traditional Japanese method, with a single-pass distillation that preserves the intact aromas and natural freshness of the product.
Lemongrass stands out for its refined composition: it is made from 95% high-quality Japanese rice and 5% natural aromas of freshly picked lemongrass, grown in the prized Takeo region, known for its exceptional natural ingredients. This blend offers a subtle and refined taste, ideal for lovers of authentic Japanese beverages seeking a unique sensory experience.
