Jose Luis Carrera, a renowned master distiller, carefully cultivates four varieties of sugarcane: Caña Dulce, Caña Morada\/Negra, Caña Dura, and Caña Amarilla\/Criolla, over an area of 14 hectares, ensuring unique quality and aromatic diversity.
This pure white rum is produced through a traditional wild fermentation of freshly pressed juice, derived from sugarcanes grown 100% naturally, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The distillation is carried out in a copper column, thus preserving the integrity and purity of the final product, without any additives or preservatives, offering an authentic and intense tasting experience.
