Rozelieures is an exceptional French whisky, carefully aged and distilled in Lorraine by the renowned Distillerie Grallet Dupic. The Grallet-Dupic family, owner-growers for 5 generations, passionately cultivates their barley on naturally rich lands favorable to superior quality. All Rozelieures whiskies are proudly classified as Single Malt, and the distillery is a pioneer in France in producing peated malts. Faithful to ancestral know-how, they carry out a double distillation followed by meticulous aging in oak barrels sourced from local forests, guaranteeing the authenticity and typicity of the terroir. Additionally, barrels that previously contained rare wines and prestigious spirits from Kentucky, Sherry, Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, and the Southwest are also used to enrich the aromas and complexity of their whiskies.

The Subtile Collection benefits from a unique aging in former Bourbon and Cognac barrels, combined with new barrels, thus offering a remarkable balance between finesse, lightness, and aromatic depth.
