Mancino - Vermouth - Kopi - 17%
The Mancino Vermouths are exceptional nectars created by Giancarlo Mancino, a renowned Italian bartender. This family distillery, founded in 1957, preserves a unique artisanal know-how. The vermouths are made from grapes sourced from 30 hectares of prestigious vineyards located in Canelli Asti in the Piedmont wine region, as well as in Pignola in Basilicata. Some of these vines are over 80 years old, ensuring unmatched quality and aromatic richness. Giancarlo Mancino carefully selects about forty rare botanicals – including Italian wormwood, Pontic rhododendron, gentian, and Roman wormwood – ground in a traditional mill dating back to 1930. The aroma extraction is done manually, then the vermouths patiently age for a minimum of 6 months before bottling, ensuring remarkable complexity and finesse.
Kopi is an authentic vermouth, made from carefully selected Italian white wines blended with an exclusive extract of Indonesian coffee. The 14 Robusta beans from Java are expertly roasted in Naples by Barbera Caffè, giving each bottle a caffeine content of 0.5%. This semi-sweet vermouth surprises with delicate bitter notes of Robusta, while its olfactory bouquet elegantly recalls the gourmet flavors of Italian tiramisu. A unique sensory experience to discover without delay.
