Absinthe - The White Fairy
The Fairy is an exceptional white absinthe, crafted in close collaboration with the prestigious Absinthe Museum in Auvers-sur-Oise, in the Île-de-France region. This artisanal absinthe is made from an authentic 19th-century recipe, respecting ancestral distillation traditions. It is composed of a neutral beet alcohol, carefully distilled with a unique blend of herbs and natural spices: wormwood, fennel, lemon balm, anise, mint, coriander, and many other ingredients selected for their aromatic and medicinal virtues.
Long banned in France due to its unique composition, absinthe contains a molecule called Thujone, reputed to stimulate creativity and inspiration, but also associated with psychotropic effects that could lead to madness. Today, French legislation strictly regulates the Thujone content, limited to 35 mg/L of absinthe, thus ensuring safe and responsible consumption.
