Les Fils d'Émile Pernot is an iconic French family distillery located in La Cluse-et-Mijoux, founded in 1889 by Émile-Ferdinand Pernot in Pontarlier, the historic heart of Franche-Comté. Renowned for its artisanal expertise and rich heritage, this distillery passionately continues the tradition of crafting exceptional spirits. Initially specialized in absinthe, one of the region's most emblematic drinks, the distillery diversified after the absinthe ban in 1915 and now offers a refined range of anise-flavored spirits, liqueurs, and high-quality eaux-de-vie.

The absinthe Cousin Jeune, a true gem of the Clos des Spiritueux, is produced through a meticulous distillation process of a harmonious blend of aromatic plants, mainly wormwood and green anise. This unique and ancestral recipe, created in 1898 by Cousin Jeune, guarantees an authentic and intense tasting experience, characterized by complex aromas and a powerful character at 65% alcohol. Ideal for lovers of traditional absinthes, it embodies the excellence and heritage of artisanal French spirits.
