ISLE OF HARRIS - Gin - 45%
The Isle of Harris gin is carefully crafted in the charming village of Tarbert, located in the heart of the Scottish Hebrides. This unique recipe highlights the "Sugar Kelp" seaweed, harvested 100% sustainably and manually from the surrounding sea lochs by local inhabitants, making it a key botanical essential to reveal the authentic and wild maritime identity of the island. This artisanal gin is also softened with pure, low-mineral rainwater, captured directly from the Abhainn Cnoc a’ Charrain spring stream, offering an incomparable natural freshness in every bottle.
The Isle of Harris gin is proudly bottled on site, directly in the distillery, then hand-labeled and sealed with a natural cork stopper topped with a wooden cap, giving each bottle its iconic and sustainable character, highly appreciated by connoisseurs as well as lovers of refined spirits.
The distillery's exceptional success is closely linked to its ability to generate sustainable jobs on the island, actively contributing to meeting the growing demand for this exceptional product while supporting the often vulnerable local economy of the Hebrides, making this gin a true driver of responsible development.
