Bellevoye Bleu is the founding pillar of Bellevoye French Whisky, a house created by Jean and Alexandre Beaussant, whose vision is based on the union of three 100% French single malts. Selected from three emblematic distilleries in France, these malts are blended and then refined in the house's Charente cellar, where the oceanic climate and aging in French oak barrels create a style that is at once precise, supple, and harmonious.
Bellevoye Bleu, with an alcohol content of 40%, is distinguished by its purity and balance. After initial aging at each original distillery, the final blend rests for several months in new oak barrels, giving it structure, roundness, and aromatic complexity. The most accessible expression of the range, it embodies the natural elegance and drinkability of modern French whisky.
The nose reveals sweet notes of blond malt, vanilla, and honey, enriched with floral and slightly fruity nuances. On the palate, the texture is supple and velvety, marked by aromas of toasted cereals, caramel, and almonds. The delicately woody finish reveals a touch of sweet spices and yellow fruits, prolonging the tasting with finesse and lightness.
