Rozelieures is an exceptional French whisky, matured and distilled with expertise in Lorraine by the renowned Distillerie Grallet Dupic. The Grallet-Dupic family, owner-growers for five generations, cultivate their own barley on naturally rich and fertile lands, ensuring superior quality from the selection of raw materials. All Rozelieures whiskies are certified Single Malt, and this distillery was a pioneer in France in working with peated malts, respecting a meticulously preserved ancestral tradition.
Faithful to this heritage, the whiskies are double distilled using traditional methods, then aged for a long time in oak barrels sourced from local forests, bringing a unique aromatic complexity. In addition to classic barrels, Rozelieures also uses barrels that previously contained prestigious wines and spirits from Kentucky, Sherry, Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, and the Southwest of France, thus enriching their whiskies with subtle and delicate notes.
