Bitters JM – Fleur d'Atoumo , with an alcohol content of 42.2% , celebrates a rare and emblematic flower of the Antilles. Made from agricultural rum and plant macerations, it reveals all the aromatic delicacy of the Atoumo flower. Designed as a tribute to Martinique's biodiversity, it brings a floral and refined dimension to the most demanding cocktails.
The nose unfolds an elegant bouquet dominated by notes of rose, jasmine and tropical flowers , enhanced with a fine herbaceous touch. On the palate, the attack is soft and fragrant, allowing all the finesse of the Atoumo flower to express itself, which brings freshness and elegance.
