Bitters JM – Cacao Forastero , made from agricultural rum and Forastero cocoa beans , is an artisanal bitter with an alcohol content of 48.6%. A true aromatic concentrate, it highlights the depth and intensity of cocoa while retaining the elegance of agricultural rum. Designed to enrich the world of cocktails, it brings indulgence, complexity and depth to both classic and modern creations.
On the nose, it seduces with a powerful chocolate intensity, marked by roasted cocoa and coffee , enhanced with fine woody and spicy touches. On the palate, the attack is rich and velvety, carried by an elegant bitterness reminiscent of intense dark chocolate. The finish, long and persistent, deploys a refined palette where cocoa bean, vanilla and mocha intermingle.
