Swell de Spirits is an exceptional independent and family-owned bottler based in Pessac, France, renowned for the quality and authenticity of its spirits. Founded in 2021 by Michael Barbaria and Kelly, this passionate house offers an exclusive selection of limited editions, including rare bottles of rum, whisky, armagnac, and cognac, sourced from the finest distilleries worldwide.

This remarkable Poire William eau-de-vie was carefully distilled at the Distillerie La Salamandre, located in Sarlat in the prestigious terroir of Périgord, in 2022. This limited production stands out for its authenticity and elegance, with only 400 bottles bottled in August 2024, featuring a high alcohol content of 51%, ensuring an intense and natural tasting experience.
