The Arran Malt is a renowned Scottish Single Malt distillery located in the heart of Arran Island on the splendid west coast of Scotland. Known for the exceptional quality of its whiskies, this craft distillery produces a wide range of unique expressions and finishes that captivate the most discerning enthusiasts. Founded in 1995 in Lochranza, in the northern part of the island, it benefits from a pure and natural water source from Loch na Davie, a fundamental asset for its production process. Initially, the grist (the ground grain used for brewing) was purchased, but the distillery is now equipped with an integrated mill, ensuring optimal quality control. Arran Single Malt is distinguished by its fresh and tangy aromatic profile, a signature resulting from the meticulous slow distillation using traditional pot stills, offering an authentic and refined character.

This exclusive expression from Arran comes from a Single Cask (#2001/867) specially selected by the experts at Clos des Spiritueux. Distilled on December 13, 2001, this whisky has matured for 22 years in an ex-Bourbon cask, imparting a rich complexity with subtle vanilla and woody notes. Bottled on July 4, 2024, at 46.40% alcohol by volume, this rare vintage is limited to only 143 bottles, making this Single Malt a true gem for collectors and connoisseurs.
