The Giffard Distillery, renowned for its art of creating exceptional spirits, was founded in 1885 by Émile Giffard, a visionary pharmacist based in Angers. From its beginnings, this family business distinguished itself through innovative research on beverages, giving rise to the famous Menthe-Pastille, a mint liqueur with refreshing and digestive properties. Today, after four generations of expertise, Clos des Spiritueux continues this tradition of excellence by employing 87 collaborators and exporting its premium products to more than 10 countries across four continents.

This exceptional liqueur is made from a rigorous maceration of carefully selected fresh pineapples ripened under the generous Caribbean sun, complemented by the addition of candied pineapples. The whole is harmoniously supported by a superior quality aged rum and subtly enhanced by a blend of expertly dosed spices. This unique mixture reveals an intense aromatic profile, offering an authentic and exotic tasting experience, ideal for lovers of refined and fruity liqueurs.
